Took my 12 year old to get her first ear piercing. Asked if it was needle piercing and was told yes. They took her into the room without me (which I later found out was illegal) and my daughter informed me they had used a piercing gun. I dont appreciate being lied to my face about a procedure that involves my childs health cheers.

They talked me through everything clearly, explained what was going on, and changed the bars so I could finally feel comfortable again. The team were so knowledgeable, gentle, and professional I instantly felt in safe hands. Honestly, I wish I had gone to them in the first place as i had all my other pericings done here just saw an offer somewhere else i couldn't resist ! I had my 2nd lobe piercing today at Solsa. They were so lovely & reassuring. It was pretty much painless. I'm allergic to alot of metal apart from gold, they had lots of really cute 24ct gold studs to choose from. Very reasonably priced, super clean & they are really knowledgeable. Thank you so much!
I have had all of my piercings done here: lobes, septum, helix and daith and I’m more than happy with all of them. Every time I visit, the piercers talk me through the process and how to care for the piercing afterwards. All of the staff are just so lovely and make visiting the shop such a lovely experience :)
Great service and really friendly staff. I was only meant to be having one earlobe piercing but ended up having 3. The girl piercing was great and happy to add more for me.

Got my lobes and helix done here at the same time, had lots of problem with my piercings! My ears got swollen and infected within the first few weeks. The piercer was lovely and calmed me through the whole process, on the other hand the receptionist staff were rude and didn’t have the time / patience’s for me. Wouldn’t recommend
