   AVOID KIT! Where do i start other than if I could give less than 1 star I would but unfortunately you cant. After waiting weeks/months to finally get in to see my dentist Kit. To have my bridge replaced yet again (made by them). I was met with the rudest most arrogant and unprofessional dentist ever. Firstly he kept going on and on about using their dental hygienest for cleans. Dropped the bridge in my mouth which he had to fish out and I could have choked. Blamed the fact the bridge has come out three times in five years on shoddy work yet it was made by his boss! And blamed me for that. I have explained to Kit many times why I wont use their dental hygienest because last time I did they damaged my gums and left me in pain for weeks. However this isnt a good enough answer for him so he kept saying (while he had his hands in my mouth may I add) that I should find another dentist. Can I be clear this is NOT an NHS appointment I am a full price paying private customer and Kit gives the practice a bad name! Avoid at all costs i for one will not be going back!

   I recently started seeing Dr. Diana Ionescu as my new dentist, and I’ve been really impressed with her care and professionalism. I have some past dentist trauma, so I was quite anxious, but she has been incredibly reassuring and gentle throughout my visits. She takes the time to explain everything, give small pauses during treatment and really puts me at ease. Her assistant, Dani, is also very nice and welcoming, which helps make the whole experience more comfortable. I'm so glad I found this team!

   Been with Kit for years,first as an NHS dentist and then followed him into his own lovely practice.He immediately gained my trust with his honest and ethical approach, jokes, warmth and care. Very professional and believes in saving teeth, unlike some other dentists I had in the past. Kit - tastic , deserves a merril of honour.. : )

   I am smiling again :) Best dentist I have ever been to. Was putting off a new front tooth filling for literally years as I was such a nervous person when it comes to the dentist. Kit and his lovely team member made me feel incredibly relaxed and put me at complete ease. Professional and friendly. Best dentist experience. Highly recommend. Do not go anywhere else.

   Amazing dentist. We've just moved to Bristol and I am lucky I found this clinic. I called this morning and got an appointment in the afternoon. Dr Kit did an amazing job, I don't really like going to the dentist (I mean, who does...?) but he and Nicola made me feel at ease. I'll definitely come back and bring all my family. The facilities were really clean as well. Thanks!

   Kit is a phenomenal dentist, his assistant is also wonderful and Ben the hygienist is also very good. The best experience with a dentist I have ever had. However, the receptionist is a real issue and really lets their team down. She is rude, entitled and condescending - no manners at all. It's surprising such an otherwise perfect dental practice has such a person to represent them to their customers. Cancelling an appointment at 'short notice' has a £60 cancellation fee, which is on the website apparently! (it isn't). I would suggest it is probably not a very good policy to retain clients; I spent over £1200 getting some work done privately at the practice over the course of a year, but when I needed to cancel an appointment due to unforeseen work commitments the receptionist was so rude and derogatory that it has made me decide to take my money elsewhere. They could probably save a lot of time, hassle and money by integrating some sort of online booking system with deposit payments for appointments to avoid arbitrarily priced cancellation fees and interactions with belligerent receptionists.

   Honestly the best dentist ever!! I am so lucky I found this place. I struggle with anxiety and have had low self esteem for so long. Not only is it the most clean, professional and friendly dentist I have ever experienced but the service is outstanding, Kit is amazing , he had a lot of work to do when it came to me and not only has he transformed my teeth, but my life, I can finally smile again . His patience and kindness and understanding I have never felt so blessed. Beech Tree Dental is the best dentist in the universe. Thank you for everything! :) Friendly , professional, Everything about it, the whole team are amazing and thank you thank you, thank you! Beech Tree Is the best!
