   I went in after having some electric issues on my bike. They checked it over and diagnosed the issue and gave me an upfront cost and how long it would take. The staff here are professional and inviting. They clearly know there stuff and it was nice to get honest and upfront service. I came away thrilled with what they did for me. I will absolutely be using them for future uses.

   After my bike broke down I called them and they said it was ok to take it to their garage. When the towing truck took me there, the same guy I spoke to on the phone (greg) said it would take at least 3 weeks before they could even look at the issue! That cost me an extra £20 for the truck, not to mention the waste of time (FYI I was an old customer, with that very bike no less). I guess they do business due to a lack of alternatives in the area because if I were half as bad or half as rude in my line of work I would have been fired on the spot
