My wife Julie has just had a tooth extraction carried out by Dr. Yi Lin Yang, one of the NHS Dentists at Smile and Face in Pill. He was so kind, caring and quick, exactly what she needed under the circumstances. We have no hesitation in recommending Smile and Face 100%
10/10 as my son who has autism and ADHD who struggles with new people new places new smells absolutely loves this dental practice! Ellie is calm, patient let's my son know every step and making him feel comfortable and happy! She always go above and beyond!! Even the reception staff couldn't be more helpful! I had the best experience with Ellie the dentist. I am a very nervous patient, she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is anxious or nervous such a calm and caring nature. I would also like say how amazing the receptionist Becky is very accommodating and worked around my very busy schedule was lovely being welcomed with a lovely smile and kind attitude.
I have been treated by Dr Yang and can honestly say what a great experience it has been in contrast to other dental practises. I visited with my 2 small children and they were also felt welcome and put at ease for their first dental examinations. The treatment I received from Dr Yang is second to none in terms of care and attention. He truly does give his patients a reason to smile. I never thought I'd be writing a review for a dentist but here we are... hes that good!

A huge thank you to the team at Smile & Face for donating much needed boxes of toothpaste to our local food bank. Families are struggling to afford hygiene and sanitary products just as much as food so it's been wonderful to be able to get help from our, community spirited local practice.
Had a further general check-up and was delighted to be seen again by Grace who, is very good and offers sound advice. Seen Yang, the hygienist for the first time who was "the best". If you are nervous at all, definitely book to see him as he is gentle and reassuring (I remained seated for the duration of the clean for the firs time, ever). Thank-you Grace & Yang!

I have had my teeth looked after at this brilliant practice for at least 10 yrs. There have been changes to staff over the years but they have always been kind and helpful. Iād thoroughly recommend them to anyone. ā¦ even nervous people. My current dentist, Sylvia, is excellent and a typical example of how good I think this practice is.
