   From the start to the finish Smmmile Bristol have been amazing , i can’t fault there work in anyway they have really gave me the smile i always wanted. Dr Nieves talked me through the whole process of getting composite bonding, making me feel at ease with the work being done. Ive gone from being nervous about going to the dentist to counting down the days to my next appointment Thank you to all the staff and a BIG thank you to Dr Nieves

   My experience with Smmmile Bristol has been disappointing from beginning to end. From the start, the service felt unprofessional. My treatment contract was handled at the reception desk by the receptionist because the person who I discussed the plan originally with was busy with newer customer and there was no room available. The receptionist processed my contract, even though the person who was supposed to explain everything was busy. She also made an error on the amount I needed to pay, and I had to point it out before she reprinted it. The general attitude of the dental nurses felt unfriendly and very dismissive. Instructions were delivered in a commanding tone rather than explained properly, and I often felt rushed or talked at, rather than supported through the process. At one appointment, I arrived right on time only to find the door locked. I had to wait outside because they were running late from their lunch break. No apology or acknowledgment was given. On another visit, the music playing in the reception area was completely inappropriate for a professional healthcare setting -explicit rap lyrics with sexual content. It made the whole environment feel even more unprofessional. I paid for the indefinite aligner plan, which is almost double the cost. It was advertised as peace of mind with unlimited refinements if needed. However, when I wasn’t fully satisfied with my final result and requested more aligners, the reaction from the dentist and nurses made it clear they were unhappy about having to create a new plan - even though this is exactly what I had paid extra for. They almost tried to convince me I didn’t need it simply because it would be “complicated.” Unbelievable.To make things worse, after I had paid off the entire remaining balance, Smmmile attempted to take another recurring bank payment from my account. Because it wasn’t a direct debit, I had far less control, and if I hadn’t noticed it, they might have continued charging me. I had to call them myself to cancel it, because the payment system apparently hadn’t been updated by them. Overall, an unprofessional experience from start to finish. I regret choosing Smmmile Bristol and cannot recommend them.

   From start to finish the Smmmile team in Bristol have been incredible! It has given me my dream smile and I couldnt be happier with the results from both the aligner treatment as well as my composite bonding and whitening! All of the team are so friendly, I couldn't recommend more!

   I was quoted an extortionate amount to have my teeth straightened at my dentist, so started shopping around to see if I could find a reputable and more affordable option and I found Smmmile in Bristol. From my first consultation to the end of my treatment, the team have been excellent, and the results are fantastic, and in the time quoted originally. My experiences with Dr Nikita and Dr Nieve has been flawless even when I asked silly questions or was unsure of something. Kotryna and the receptionist team have also always been really helpful and friendly when I visited. Thank you all of you - if you are thinking of getting your teeth straightened, definitely pop in and see for yourself. I waited until my 50's - and now can finally smile with confidence! They know what they are doing, don't charge the earth and have a great team!

   I’ve been receiving Invisalign treatment at Smmmile Bristol for the past 9 months, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I also had two new porcelain crowns fitted on my front teeth — such an important area — and they look absolutely amazing and natural. Dr. Nieves has been fantastic throughout the whole process. She always takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure I feel comfortable and informed at every step. The appointments have always run on time, which I really appreciate — everything has been smooth and efficient from start to finish, and I never felt like I was losing time waiting around. The care and attention to detail have been outstanding, and I’m genuinely thrilled with my new smile — I can’t stop taking selfies of my teeth! I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering Invisalign or cosmetic dental work.

They have talked me through each step of my treatment in a clear and thorough manner and have always allowed me time to ask any questions I may have. 7 weeks in to my Invisalign treatment and have no complaints whatsoever so far about how the Smmmile team have handled my case.    My experience at Smmmile Bristol has been exceptional. From the moment I stepped in the practice I found the environment welcoming, informative and clinically clean. Georgina coordinated my requests and was exceptional in guiding me through the process. For my treatment I had Invisalign followed by whitening and composite bonding. Dr Nieves and Millie completed all of my appointments with the highest skill and their expertise have left me with a perfect set of teeth. My treatment started in June and by mid November I have now completed all the elements and am incredibly happy. I’d recommend to anyone, and a family member has already started treatment on my recommendation! Thank you!

   I have been impressed by Smmmile from the outset. Georgina was so welcoming and helpful and always remembers me when I come in and seems genuinely excited for me about my smile journey! I'm only at the start of my treatment but so far Dr Nieves has been so clear at explaining things and always checking I'm okay with everything. The reception staff are always smiley, friendly and accommodating. I also find this practice reasonably priced to many other quotes I had. Hopefully the treatment journey continues as well as it has began! I would recommend Smmmile to everyone :)
