   Before we even said anything the manager had said he was getting another hot dog for our daughter as it was too well done. He then made sure this was cooked to perfection. Also gotta hand it to them when they presented me with cake as it was my birthday and sang happy birthday. These guys know how to look after the customer and damn the dawgs are good

   Not worth it, Arrived Saturday evening quarter full, no tables prepared for any customers. Clearing and cleaning empty tables as new customers arrive. Music was offline so next to no ambience. Ordered Indiana hotdog and onion rings, arrived pretty quickly 10-15 minute wait, onion rings 80 % where crunchy like they had been refried 3 times. Same with the chips, I'm all for thrice cooked chips but these where like cardboard. Hotdog arrived burnt with a bucket load of what I thought was Branson pickle but what the waiter said "oh that is quite a lot of onion jam", I then confirmed from the menu was supposed to be fried onions, after sorting it out I realised no napkins so I went and found some from the condiment tray at the uncleaned table. Also visited the toilet with my child, no toilet roll in the baby change or the gents. Service is friendly enough when they speak to you, but this is the second time I've been let down coming here. Not what I expected, don't think I'll be back, definitely not to this branch.

   Went for an early lunch before a trip to the cinema. Really like the atmosphere and decor in Monterey Jack's. Great array of seating options and we were comfortable in our booth. Staff were attentive and helpful, if a bit pushy with trying to get us to order starters and extra sides. Huge menu with lots of interesting options and an extensive vegetarian and vegan menu too. Food was delicious, very good portion sizes. Had to wait a while to flag a staff member to clear table and pay bill and eventually went and stood by the till. Understaffed when busy but they're doing their best, could do with an extra body or two. I'd suggest going when you don't mind taking your time but not if Ur in any sort of a rush e.g. before cinema.

   Not good. Waited a wee while to get served then was given half the meal cause the kitchen miss read the order. Was given a substitution of the same thing but it was not nice I wouldn’t eat it again. Korean bbq bagel burger. I ate it cause I was hungry I didn’t complain at the time cause this place hasn’t been open long. I probably won’t be back in a hurry. Chips were good though.

   Was out for a meal with my partner on the 21st January a busy Saturday night was told the wait for food would be estimated 45 min but was sat quickly by the manager Amy and a server came and he took our drinks order and we got those very quickly and then got our food order taken id ordered the return of the mac and my partner had ordered the Junkyard hot dog we didn't even wait the full 45 min before our food was brought to us and honestly it was amazing we will definitely be back and recommending the place. We had heard of the bad reviews but we like to give people a chance and it was a chance worth taking 10/10

   For a place that brands itself to have “Scotland’s best burgers” along with them having a price tag of £18, you would really expect it to be right first time. After having to claw the attention of untrained staff to send back what really can only be described as charcoal in a bun, the second ‘un-burnt’ burger was dry, undesirable and served with the wrong fries on the side. We were served and charged for a portion of fries no one asked for as well. Took a gamble on this place for a family Sunday lunch and should really have just went to Five Guys instead.

   Definitely the worse place I've ever been. What was supposed to be a nice family meal ended up in some of the table not even getting their food. Didn't even get the drinks we ordered with the meal. Service is absolutely shocking. Even other customers agreed with us when they heard me complain. Sack the staff of close the restaurant. People shouldn't have to pay for that sort of disappointment.

   Food was really good and the amount you get on plate is worth the money. However, service is not good. Waited 20 mins to order drinks and food! Got refill drinks, no staff member asked us if we wanted more drinks etc. Food did take a little while but it was worth it as it was fairly busy.
