   Hi. From the begining of the begining. I dont remember when was it. I had a good response and prommpt attention , from Simply Owners. All my guests happy with web side. Some dont read all but I dont mind to re-send it all to make it easy to book. Most my guests keep on caming back every season. Owners also very pleased with my work done through your web side. Certificate is a very good thing. My way of work is also very apreciate by guests. Simply Owners always ready to help. I must say that I keep almost the same properties wich I know owners very well and they do all to please guests. Good reviews. This is almost for me a hobby. A good one. Wich keep me busy. And I always recommend Simply Owners to other people. I must say that I act as a mentor to other owners who can insert their properties in your Web side. Happy to see that your web side did not turn out to be like any other hundreds wibe side, wich are very expensive, demanding, and on top of it, charges also the guests.    This company is OK. I did find a holiday eventually at a good price but it was very time consuming. I have made several requests for them to update their site with settings to help close the net on holidays for the user. However, this has been nearly a year now and I've not seen these improvements. As a family that have allergies, I requested the function of "pet free" be added. I didn't think this was a unreasonable request, as they currently have "pet friendly" feature. This seems to be a standard setting on most holiday rentals sites I've used. I also asked for the feature for "car not needed". For example in the town, the holidaymaker can just park up at the property and do everything on foot. Close to amenities, away from from it all feature. Again, I was told this was a valid point and it will be passed on. I've not seen these improvements, so I will not be using the company again. It takes way to long to filter down options for our needs. The site is good for those who don't have needs we do.

   Several owners that have got back to me to confirm dates and prices advertise 1500 a week and enquiries resulted in 4grand per week! Waste of time in my opinion. Why say places are less than they really are. I'm considering recording my findings elsewhere

   Perfect gite for 2 people and a dog! Well-located in a village with amenities and close to Cognac. Plenty of space inside and out, well-appointed: a character property with all mod cons. The host Simon was very welcoming and very helpful - his kindness really added to our experience. Thank you Simon for a great holiday!

   As soon as I heard about the new Simply Owners website I was happy to put my two Lake District lodges with them and I haven't been disappointed. I have received numerous enquiries and bookings on a regular basis so am very happy to write a very positive review. Having been with the old Owners Direct website for many years like many owners, I was very unhappy when they became part of the huge HomeAway group and introduced a booking fee and made it obligatory for them to collect deposits and payments. Simply Owners staff are very professional and a joy to work with. They have successfully filled a gap in the rental market left by Owners Direct by providing exactly the service owners want for their holiday rental property.
