   Dealt with a client who was in one of their properties in Moor Lane, Calverton. I always found the site tidy and well managed. The staff in the on site office were always very helpful and informative whenever I needed information. They are genuinely nice people who care about the people in the properties they have.

   I stayed here for a while it was awful The mattress was so dirty I can't explain,a it was changed after complaining many times . The heating is non existent resulting in constant mould and bad health.I had to throw away a lot of my clothes when I left I would not recommend it especially in the winter it's horrible. There is absolutely no privacy.as you have 4 tiny homes in one pod.Dont be fooled by the pictures

   Lovely place in the summer.. Friendly residents, has everything u need to live comfy. U get what u pay for.. Only issue I have is the washing machine rule and laundry facility. Laundrette is a 10min drive so not the end of the world. Gated parking.. A little cold in winter. Would recommend.

   Horrible place to live. Cheap yes. But freezing in winter due to 1 yes 1 heater. Mould all up the walls. Tiny shower that’s either burning you or freezing you. Rather live in a tent on the forest.
