   This place is ok - but - it is not worth 300 quid for 4 nights. Poor lighting at the entrance - not good for a solo woman travelling late at night. Gas fire didn't work or one of the radiators but it was still warm. Carpets in a dreadful state - stained and dirty. Blinds don't close properly so anyone can see in. Again for solo woman not great. Mould in the bathroom which was dated. Not water out of kitchen hot tap. Linen comfortable but stained. Decor generally battered. Kitchen quite well kitted out. Excellent washer dryer. The staff were very helpful and they did give me 125 pound back but I was originally charged 45 pound for a cleaning fee! They refunded when I pointed out this was not shown prior to booking. It's an ok place but not near worth the over 300 I was charged. They need to drop their fees. I stay all over the country and have stayed in some lovely places for a great deal less. Don't expect it to be fab for your big amount of money you'll shell out.

   Shower handle is broken so switch on it sprays towards glass. Walls around the flat has dirty marks the bedding wasn't exactly clean just dirty marks all over the flat. Also suppose to be a large double bed when it was 2 separate single beds pushed together. Over all not very happy with the outcome.

   Very noisy location on a busy road. Very noisy neighbours music playing till 5am on a Monday. The flat was run down stained walls and carpets. The Internet speed is 1mb I could not even watch catch up Tv or down load anything. The remote on the Tv did not work and there was a broken lamp in the living room no idea why. mould round the bathroom holes in the floor carpets coming away from the sides of the skirting boards. for £75 a night it was definitely not value for money the double bed was in 2 half's very uncomfortable and windows and out side the building was very scruffy and dirty not a pleasant stay

   Very basic, needs a makeover. Pictures from certain angles manage to hide the not so nice bits. If it wasn't for the price would have left less stars. Could be a good little place with a bit of effort.
