   I was placed in here for 3 nights when I was full outside homeless, winter 2017. Two nights in, I actually chose to return to my tent nearby the canal rather than stay any longer.

   Room dont look like they have been cleaned. The fridge doesn't seem to look like they have been cleaned. This place needs to be shut down as to many complains. And need health inspected

   Avoid this shameful hotel as I stepped through the door, I felt like I was in a Bando And don’t get me started on the kitchen dining area as I felt like I was in a charity shop/dump The smell coming from the place is like raw fish and rotten bones and don’t even get me started on the staff with the rude arrogancy this is an understatement of what you’d call a hotel wouldn’t even call it a hostel I do not care how much it is per night I would never stay there. The state of the place needs knocking down and having something new put on top of it, it is absolutely awful

   This hotel is disgusting and smells damp and was moldey the staff was rude and wouldn't show me to my room never gave us breakfast and said we had to pay 20 pound per person and to pay for our car to be parked the location was noise and arguments never stop here agaom

   I was suppose to travel from north America but had to cancel flight/hotel due to illness. Provided this hotel with medical report for refund as well but still won't care. Most places would refund under these circumstances but this place is too greedy to do that!

   Absolutely disgusting! Not worth the money very unhygienic. Smelled of cannabis and cigarettes! Walked out as soon as I saw the state of the room, bathroom wasn’t clean.

   Very disappointed with this hotel. The room smelled of damp and the bathroom smelled worse. There was no remote for the TV and couldn't be tuned manually and nothing was done by the owner to help this. While searching for the remote we uncovered the dirt under the bed and also the marks on the sheets. The bath was filthy and areas of the bathroom was bare untiled wall. The windows were covered in mould. Will definitely not stay there again.
