   Dunpark sold me my first home recently and I couldn’t have been happier with them! The viewings were very professional, and we were offered a second viewing of the property at a time to suit us (a Sunday morning, Emma seems to work tirelessly to keep things running smoothly). Emma provided incredibly helpful advice and kept us informed throughout our offer going through and being accepted, this included out of hours and weekend support. Picking up our keys was straightforward and friendly. When our burglar alarm got set off and we didn’t know the code (these things happen!), Dunpark called us back with the answer we needed within 5 minutes. Many years down the line, when we decide to move on, we won’t be considering anyone but Dunpark to sell our beautiful home. Thank you so much to Emma and the team.

   The worst letting agent ever - beware! The landlord repetitively broke the lease agreement over the year when I was renting from them (e.g. heating was included in rent, yet they repetitively limited my access to it with no consequences to them whatsoever, and the letting agent did nothing). Now that I moved out they are refusing to return my deposit to me (it has been two months already) and not replying to emails - there is no communication with them. Some previous review stated "unreachable", and I can now see how true this is.

   My partner and I have been with Dunpark for several years, only finishing our tenancy as we moved abroad. I have nothing but good things to say about this company! They gave us the best service by far out of any other letting agent I've ever come into contact with. Chris was a wonderful property manager and helped us out so much over the years! Dunpark is reasonable, helpful and very very good at communicating. I strongly recommend a tenancy with them!

   Brilliant and efficient service! We recently ran into a problem with our HMO Licence which could have been a disaster as we rent out our flat. Dunpark took it on, did all the necessary preparation work and represented us at the HMO hearing - as a result everything was fine - phew! They are very good and diligent managing agents and I can highly recommend them!

   So far Dunpark seems to be a really nice and efficient letting agency. Not only was the letting process nice and smooth, but they were so far always quick and uncomplicated when I logged some repair/replacement that needed to be done. When I told them the mattress was getting old they replaced it within a week.

   I’ve been through a few letting agents over the years and this is my second time with Dunpark. I have to say that, from a tenants perspective, my experience has been faultless. When I’ve reported routine maintenance issues the response has always been very quick with professional, quality contractors attending about as quick as it reasonably possible to attend. Additionally, when I have had curveballs from the property they have been open-minded and we have worked to resolve those problems. A persistent problem with the central heating pressure culminated in the boiler being entirely replaced without any fuss. I note that other reviews are a bit mixed. This seems to be normal for professional services, if you have a bad experience you rightly want the world to know about it, if things tick along nicely then you just get on with your life and forget to leave feedback. I think also that sometimes the service that a letting agent can offer is sometimes constrained by how tight or otherwise the actual landlord is. I might have just got lucky but I have nothing negative to say about my experience with Dunpark.

   Dunpark were the first letting agent I've dealt with and I was very impressed with them. Staff are very responsive and willing to help whenever my flatmate and I needed anything. Any fixes in the property were addressed as soon as possible. The property we rented was lovely and in an ideal location. I've heard horror stories about other agencies and this certainly wasn't the case with Dunpark for me.

   I have been a tenant with Dunpark for a year now. The team at Dunpark have been consistently helpful and supportive. Over the past year, all email and phone communication with Dunpark has been swift, friendly and professional. They are quick to help fix any problems that occurred, such as sending over an electrician without any fuss to fix an electrical fault on a Sunday evening. I have found the agency to be very easy to deal with, helpful and accommodating with any queries I had - I am pleased with my experience being a tenant of Dunpark and I would recommend them to any prospective tenants.
