Took my autistic 14 year old granddaughter to transform piercing for 3rd piercing she is none verbal & was excited but very nervous as she had to have the needle as apose to the gun because she wanted flat backs due to sensory issues, Steve was amazing with her he had all the patience in the world with her his professional experience really was funomanal, I strongly recommend Steve he’s a fantastic guy & I will be returning soon for my long wanted tattoos 10/10
I took my daughter here during our holiday after she lost the ball off her belly button bar (pierced somewhere else local to ourselves) during the healing process. As the ball couldn't be replaced we had the whole bar replaced. My daughter was very nervous after fainting during the initial piercing but she was made to feel very much at ease here and the aftercare given was great despite there being no obligation as it wasnt their piercing to begin with. We will 100% be making the journey here in future if we want more piercings and to buy new jewellery. Thank you so much.
Staff are extremely kind and patient. I got the exact tattoo I wanted and it’s absolute perfection. Will definitely go back for more tattoos and maybe piercings. 100/10

Took My little girl to get her ears pierced. Brilliant staff, they were helpful and friendly. Made my little girl feel much better about having it done, even though she asked for it haha. Would definitely recommend

Took the girls today to have both their ears pierced, they were both very nervous however the staff were amazing with them, they offered them both a lolly to ease their nerves and the guy that pierced their ears was amazing! Im so happy I decided to take them here rather than Claire's. Was brilliant value for money amd included after care lotion! I would highly recommend to anyone who has a nervous child to take them here because they were 100% the best! Thankyou again so much!
