Spoke to a young lady in the leisure centre about the opening times on Xmas eve, she was very helpful and pleasant. It makes such a difference, great customer service

First time I visited petticure Bay was over 12 years ago with my friend. It was so lovely, clean and relaxing. I didn't visit for many years but started to visit again around 6 years ago. I noticed standards were much lower compared to when I first visited. Changing rooms have become dirty as well as poor upkeep of the whole pool area. I stopped visiting bit today I thought we give it another chance since it is summer holiday surly they would have more staff and improve standards. I was shocked by state of the place..As soon as you come in the pool area the smell from toilets makes you sick. I almost turned back but my son wouldn't have non of it but he also said it was smelly. In the changing area there was a bad smell of mould as well and floor was black. In the pool area walls next to shower were so dirty it was unbelievable. In the pool there were spots I could feel slime under my feet. There was so much chlorine in the water that my skin felt strange. On top of that sessions are only 45 minutes but we left after 30 minutes. Don't waste your money there. Never again..
Lovely warm pool, my kids love coming for 1-1 swimming lessons here. The pool is same depth throughout and there is a steam room and sauna here. Also a small separate pool with a sprinkler which is turned on a times. Changing rooms and lockers are in need of a little attention and could do with a refresh.

I don't normally leave reviews but I was shocked by how filthy the pool and changing rooms were. All showers were out of order, bar one inside one of the changing rooms, which was usually in use by families so impossible to shower off the dirt from the floor, mats of hair collecting around drains, etc. Also the walls of this shower room were covered in what looked like months worth of mould. The jacuzzi was also out of order in the swimming pool area. The changing rooms REEKED of dirty nappies and just toilet smell. I couldn't wait to get out of there. The hygiene is seriously, seriously bad. It was hard to get pics with people around and trying to respect privacy but here are some examples of dirt. The whole place needs closed and deep cleaned. I can't believe they're able to run it looking like this, especially in current climate. Do better!

Pool was ok extremely busy Easter holidays but staff were friendly and helpful. We had to wait for 40 mins so had lunch at the restaurant staff friendly too great service
Toilets at the Pool area smell and look disgusting (3 weeks in a row), floor in changing room extremely dirty. Used dirty nappies lying on the floor as well as general dirt. Needs a good clean and cleanliness maintained especially in current climate.
