   Warning to all experts working with this law firm, which surely is not following a very legal and ethical example of dealing in business. They have avoided paying our fees for months, ignoring our terms of business, promising payment on several occasions and then just stopped answering to us. This is not acceptable behaviour from SRA registered law firm.

   It should be 0 star instead Very poor solicitors, I had to keep calling them for over 2 months to get hold of my solicitor, they had my case for over 2 years and at the end they said sorry we can’t go court with you or you have to pay us, otherwise if you don’t want to pay us you still have to pay the medical report fee, and that was a no win no fee. I won’t recommend them to anyone Avoid them at any cost

   *** PLEASE READ *** Never in my life have I had such a terrible experience with a company before. I chose Dawn Solicitors to help me with the purchase of my first property. The staff are extremely incompetent, insulting and rude. Dawn Solicitors cashed 3 months in delays in my application leaving me HOMELESS. Dawn Solicitors had no clue that we needed an ESSENTIAL document to proceed with my application. They told me they didn’t even know how to obtain this certificate. This is a company that does mortgage applications every single day but they are completely clueless. The solicitors would go days without a single update and would go crazy if you asked them the status of your application. ROMANA HAD THE NERVE AND AUDACITY TO ASK ME FOR EXTRA FEES IF I WANTED UPDATES FOR MY MORTGAGE APPLICATION, KNOWING I DID NOT HAVE A STABLE HOUSE. They did not inform me about thousands of pounds of hidden charges and fees, when I disputed them or asked them for clarity on what the charges are for. The director (MUDASSAR) of the company tutted at me and said “Why are you making this difficult, why can’t you just believe us”. As a paying customer I have every right to question random fees. When I asked them why they didn’t inform me about these extra fees earlier, they told me that they weren’t even aware of these fees. They are completely incompetent. They continuously and deliberately ignored calls from my broker and estate agent, who both repeatedly informed me that they couldn’t get through on the phone. They were completely unsympathetic about leaving me homeless and told me that giving me regular updates was not a good use of their time. These solicitors regularly go on extended leave without informing you, or even having automatic replies to their emails. So while you are homeless and unaware of what is going on with your application, they are taking days off. Most of my emails were ignored and no acknowledgement given. The staff here are possibly the most disgusting, rudest people I have ever come across and I severely regret using them. I paid all my fees in full, but I was left homeless for 3 months and spoken to poorly and insulted by their director. PLEASE AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.
