Natalie has done my brow lamination, lash lift, and tinting of both a few times now and she has always been absolutely amazing! She took her time to give me a proper consultation before the service to ensure that she laminated my brows in a style that I liked. Her execution was amazing!!! And she also gave me a lot of advice on how to prolong the treatment and ensure the health of my brows and lashes. The brow gel that she recommended which was available to purchase at the salon was also amazing and feels so lush on my brows and lashes! She always goes above and beyond for her clients to ensure perfection at every appointment.

Great first experience here. Bit my usual place to go as I do have a regular nail tech, but on this occasion I needed to find new tech I trust and liked when my usual lady is away which is quite a few times a year… have to say, I think I’ve found her. Rosa is very sweet, knowledgeable and skilled. I’m quite a fussy client with sensory issues when it comes to my nails. She was very attentive and handled my “fussiness” well with no attitude whatsoever so ever. She was so accommodating and understanding. We got on really well and I left feeling very happy with not only the whole experience but the finished result. Cannot recommend her enough. I shall see you again next year.

had the best manicure and couldn’t be happier with the results! Rosa was absolutely amazing — she took her time, was incredibly detailed and meticulous, and really made sure everything was perfect. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and her clients. I loved how the final result turned out and felt really well looked after throughout. Highly recommend!

Decided to try this salon last minute as I wanted some birthday nails done. I opted for a manicure using builder gel with chrome polish. In total my manicure costed £50 and in all honestly, I don’t think it was worth it. The day after I got the manicure done, the chrome polish started chipping away (which I paid £6 extra for) and you could start to see the black polish underneath it. I do want to say that the ladies in the salon were all really lovely and hospitable, so it was a nice experience. However I did expect the chrome polish to last longer than a day and slightly disappointed at paying £50 for all the extras to have chipped nails the day after.

I spent a total of £87 at Pamper Me in Bristol last week as a pre holiday treat. The lash lift was £52 (I have had these done before and for a lot cheaper..) and never been so disappointed in the results. Firstly my friend and I notified the salon we were coming in the evening for a patch test and they shut early without letting us know, so we had to leave work the next morning to get this done to ensure our appointment slot. During the lift the technician didn't even remove all of the dye off properly at the end and left my friend and I to sort my own lashes - When I got home the dye was actually running down my face. The perm was no where near as good as it has been in the past and by the time I was a few days into my holiday you could barely tell - Complete waste of £52... I also booked in a hydra clean facial and discussed my skin with the technician and explained the main reason I booked the facial and what I wanted to achieve. This was completely ignored until after the facial where I pointed out nothing had been done to help my skin type or that I expected... just to be told this wasn't the treatment I thought I was getting and that is really session 2 which they can do a bundle deal on... Despite me having explained this at the beginning..? I left with oily skin and eyelash dye on my face completely unsatisfied after nearly spending £100. My friend also had the worst Callus peel where the staff just stuck pads on to her feet and they forgot a whole area which she had to point out herself... another waste of money. Overall extremely over priced and staff seem rather unfriendly. I did explain I wasn't very happy with the facial in the salon and have already emailed in to discuss all my treatments and compensation. However despite emailing in straight away after my treatments I have still heard nothing back. Would not recommend.

I had a gel manicure done at Pamper Me Beauty - the service and price was fantastic. I'm so happy with my nails and can't wait to go back and get them redone! Bridie managed to fit me in the same day when I walked in to ask about an appointment which I was really impressed with.

I decided to try Pamper Me because I wasn't able to see my usual nail technician as she was on holiday, and I'd read good reviews on here. I booked in for a shellac manicure, and sadly I'm not very impressed with the results. The edges of the manicure are very messy and it's lumpy in places. Some nails haven't been painted fully either. The lady who did my nails said that she was 'just helping out' and didn't really do beauty anymore, so I'm not sure why I was booked in with them. For £35 before student discount I expected much better. I didn't feel comfortable mentioning it at the time as the member of staff I saw seemed very disinterested in the whole process.
