   I had Sikina (hope I’m spelling her name right!) give me a face and neck wax and she was incredibly professional and light handed, I barely felt a thing when normally I find waxes quite painful. She was amazing and I highly reccomend her.

   I am writing this review on behalf of my partner who received rude, unprofessional and sanitarily questionable service in addition to extremely poor privacy arrangements: This is my first time visiting. The general vibe wasn’t welcoming, when I entered nobody acknowledged my presence until I managed to get the attention of the lady at the front desk and was then told to follow someone upstairs. When I entered the room the bed had a dirty paper towel on it from the previous client which wasn’t a good first impression. A new paper was laid out and I was left to change and lay on the bed. There was no additional cover provided for me, no conversation of what areas I want to be waxed and she didn’t even tell me her name. The procedure was very messy, I was left with wax dribbled over me from when wax was picked up from the pot. It was overall a really uncomfortable service. For other areas I was told it’s my fault my hair growth is so bad because I have shaved, even though I have been a regular waxer for 8 years. At certain points in the appointment she was audibly huffing and sighing which felt extremely rude. There was very little conversation throughout the whole thing which made me feel quite uncomfortable. The final straw was when I turned over near the end to notice she was using the same spatula to dip back into the waxing pot which is extremely unhygienic and a serious health hazard. I’ve paid for many professional waxes and this was just not up to standard.

   I just had an appointment with Sakina and I had to leave a glowing review. The standard of treatment is top tier all round, I always come away leaving extremely satisfied. I live in London usually but originally from Bristol so when I come home and I need my brows done, I’ll ALWAYS come here. Thank you Sakina for 5 star treatment!! X

   I have used this place regularly, and I am generally pleased with the service. However, it is quite disappointing that the team do not take customer service seriously. Today, when I visited the place, one of the staff speaking with the phone on a video call loudly for the entire time, and the other staff who was doing my brows, was also talking to her and to the video. This was the entire time that I was in the salon. English is also my second language, so it doesn't bother me when people speak in their own language. However, this is a Business that gives service to customers. It is not professional that the staff are busy talking on the phone or with each other and not with the customer. I do recommend please to take customer service more seriously.

   Possibly the worst salon I have ever been to. Avoid at all costs. I'm not 100% sure the lady who did my eyebrows is even qualified and didn't ask even the standard beauticians questions, such as, "what shape would you like your eyebrows or what colour tint would you like on your eyebrows." Absolutely terrible. I came out looking ridiculous and my reason for not saying so whilst in there was that the two women hardly said a word and the atmosphere was shocking. Very disappointing and would not recommend.

   No atmosphere no welcome really unfriendly place the massage was £20 and was 15 minutes she took me to a freezing cold room no door banging and chatting going on around us, she had freezing cold hands and didn't speak. No warm towels or water after which you are supposed to hav after. The most pointless massage buy the worst place you can ever imagine. There dressed scruffy and clearly don't want to be there. Would definitely not recommend.

   Came in for a Head massage. Not sure if this was by the manager. No conversation or warm feeling at all by this lady (short, slim lady with a bit of makeup on and brown hair) I’ve had a lot of Indian head massages and by far this was one of the most pointless, effortless ones I’ve ever had! She literally put no effort in what so ever. My three year old niece could rub my head like that. Honestly, the atmosphere and attitude was a 0. Everyone seemed fed up I could understand it was the end of the day and they was busy I’m a very understanding person, but when people come to a professional salon for a service and they’re paying you would expect at least some consideration for waiting, and manners especially being a client there. I had to ask her to stop literally rubbing my head and politely ask for a thorough massage with fingers. I left feeling even more stressed than I did before entering. I do not recommend and won’t be attending again here. You really need to work on your professionalism and manners.

   I’ve had full leg wax and Hollywood wax from the lovely ladies here. Firstly, I’d never had a wax before and was guided through it so kindly. I’m so happy I took the plunge and did it, especially that I chose to come here for it! Secondly, I thought I’d treat myself to eyelash extensions and now I dont think I’ll ever go back, they look so natural and beautiful, I’ve just left and I can’t stop looking at them! Thank you so much for taking such great care of me and I can’t wait to come back again for a top up.
