Amazing experience, had the most wonderful lashes done by Anna! I could not recommend this place enough for the most beautiful set of lashes. Anna listened to all my requests, and was honest about how everything will work out. She was very thorough. The place is also neat, clean and tidy.
I’m honestly very disappointed with my recent experience with the nail artist who was supposed to do my nails. I booked an appointment through her website because the schedule showed available slots. Naturally, I expected that everything was confirmed and that I’d get my nails done as planned. But instead, I received a refund without any attempt to reschedule or properly explain the situation. If she wasn’t accepting new clients, she should’ve updated her booking system or website beforehand. It’s really unprofessional to let clients expect that their appointment is confirmed only to cancel it later and issue a refund with no clear communication. I completely understand that her hours might be limited — that’s perfectly fine. But what made the situation worse is that I noticed she suddenly had new available slots for Thursday, which I even saw and booked again. So clearly, she’s still able to take clients and why did you cancel mine? That’s why it felt unfair that my initial booking was cancelled in the first place. Honestly, she could’ve just said she didn’t want to do my nails instead of making up other reasons. It’s quite disappointing because as a client, I respected the booking process, followed it properly, and trusted her professionalism. What happened was honestly embarrassing and very unprofessional. I was really looking forward to my appointment, but this experience completely changed my impression. I hope she learns to communicate better and handle her bookings more responsibly moving forward.
I had my lash extensions done by Gemma and she was absolutely amazing! Even though I arrived late, she was so accommodating and still managed to do a fabulous job in just 1 hour. My lashes look incredible, and the whole experience was so professional and comfortable. Highly recommend Gemma if you’re looking for beautiful lashes and great service!
