   We were unfortunately recommend this practice. Sarah was initially quite competent. She went on maternity leave, the locum was incompetent, then sacked to be replaced by another incompetent. Who again charged for reviewing the case that the practice should have covered. I spoke to the head partner, got the brush off. Yes COVID didn't help but after 3 years and over £20,000 and numerous barristers we lost the case with the judge saying it was a travesty and should not have ended like it did. Sarah came back but she couldn't really make up for the incompetence that went before. My son has now not seen his daughter for over 4 years. This was partly down to COVID but I would guess 80% down to a completely incompetent practice. Please stick to selling houses and leave family law to others. If anyone from the practice reads this, we are still waiting for a case summary to show our granddaughter when she hopefully comes looking for her father.

   We were recommended to use these guys by our family solicitor to help is with a battle over my late dad's estate. Matthew Timmis took on our case. He looked after us in a very professional yet friendly approachable manner. Nothing was too much trouble for him especially as some questions took time to get answers due to one if us being located in Australia. He was always very to the point amd offered various explanations to things from different angles. He fought a long hard battle for us and we got an outcome that we are happy with and can now move on with our lives. Should I ever find myself in a difficult situation again I would not hesitate to contact him or to recommend him to any friends who require his expertise. Thank you Matthew for all you did for us.
