The waterfalls is lovely. There is a beautiful walkway along the Almond river, took it and reached the beach. It's a perfect short walk!
A great day out walking down the river & stopping to look at the marvel of the Cramond falls, they are very impressive. we picked the right of time of year to see them, at the end of November as they look very dramatic with the amount of water flowing over them
I recently visited this beautiful waterfall that felt like the perfect escape. It was incredibly peaceful ideal for a refreshing morning walk. The sound of the water cascading down the rocks was soothing, almost like nature’s own music. Just standing there, taking it all in, felt calming and grounding. It was one of those simple yet unforgettable moments.
Hadn't ever been here before, but what a lovely walk surprised me. Earlier on in the year, the wild garlic would have been excellent to pick, but sadly, it's past its best now.

Nice place if you want to get out from the city and alll the rush
Very pretty and relaxing. We walked along this area with our son in his all terrain pram. There are a lot of steps to get up and down, they were so steep we couldn’t get up and down them so went around onto the main road and back down again. You can access the waterfall ok, but not the rest of the walk.
A beautiful spot along the River Almond and part of the riverside path. I visited in the evening and it was quiet and beautiful. There is nearby parking and you can also walk to it very easily from Crammond. You could combine a visit here with a trip to Crammond Island, which is not far away.
Lovely spot and car park not far at all. Wheelchair accessible which is super helpful though ground nearby can be muddy so walking or hiking boots recommended. I lived nearby when young and when it's a hot summer day jumped off this many times. It's still a chilly trait that's followed these days and worth the watch. These days though there's nothing better than sitting enjoying the peace and quiet on the bench
