   I have just completed on the sale of my home, Stephanie Sculley and Claire Grice supported me during this process and I was very pleased with their support. My home sale was slightly more complicated than most as I had already moved out of the UK when we were in the final stages leading up to completion. Yet even being literally on the other side of the world Stephanie provided me at all times with clear communication, good market insight, and excellent coaching. Selling a house at the best of times is incredibly stressful, to work with Stephanie and her team meant I removed as much as the stress and drama out of the process which was possible. Thank you

   Did very little of value. Achieved a paltry settlement and then wanted the lion's share of it for themselves. Toothless and ineffectual. Elliott Flockhart was my contact - poor, poor service. Obviously this is all just my opinion, but I would avoid these guys like the plague.

   Do not use!! If for some reason you cannot complete for is we lost our buyer they are bow charging us 1200 and will have to pay the full amount again to complete on a house

   STAY AWAY from this solicitor firm. This firm has jeopardised my first home buying and my issued mortgage offer got rejected. They didn't even bother to listen to the advise of my mortgage advisor even once. Knowing fully about the current status of mortgage rates and property market, the representatives of firm didn't even bother to communicate or take care of their client. I had to chase all the time and follow up for my needs. As if they are doing a favour to me. Even they didn't even refund my money fully in spite of their horrendous service. Both me and my wife are severely depressed on loosing out this property of our choice. I wish I would have never listened to the developer's sales person who recommended this firm to me.

   I have only just realised I didn't leave a review after a house move that took place in April last year. The fact still stands that we were incredibly happy with the service provided by Marcus Beavis and his team. They were responsive to all our questions and resolved all concerns in a timely manner. We went from our buyers viewing to us moving in nine weeks and this is largely down to the diligent and timely work performed by the team. I am hoping we don't need to move again any time soon but, if we did, I would have no concerns with using Thackray Williams again.
