“We used Solex back in 2015 to purchase our current home, and they provided a great service back then. More recently in 2022 we decided to sell our property and for ease we are using the conveyancers suggested by the estate agency. Turned out after some initial checks were carried out that there was some important lease info missing. After speaking with Fiona at Solex, they were quickly on the case and by the next day Fiona had sourced all the lease info needed. Then, a few days later a query came up about our title deeds still showing the previous owners mortgage company charge. This was obviously an oversight, but after liaising with Fiona again, she was able to resolve promptly by contacting the old mortgage company and asking they remove the connection immediately.
