Interesting call to try to engage me I. A conversation about a fictitious car accident in the last two years. Call agent passed me to supervisor who confirmed the solicitor practice address. He then ended the call when I asked if he knew what the Telephone Preference Service was. Really, a solicitors practice should screen their database before cold calling. Very poor practice.
I have been engaged with MTA Solicitors from June 2013 to present on a complicated debt recovery project. I think this is the main difference between your average Solicitors and MTA; the latter will look after you, be pro-active with communication which clearly reduces the stress levels!
