   Great service from Taylor Rose Wallington. Zainab and her team were very proactive, all of the required documentation was sent to me to complete ahead of time so the team were ready to go with exchange/completion as soon as possible. They were also very good at chasing my buyer's solicitor, who was less proactive! Good communication - queries always responded to quickly. Would definitely recomend their services.

   Overall we were pleased with how Taylor Rose dealt with our house sale and would likely use them again. Zainab Qaisar was very efficient and proactive in chasing responses from the other side. Zainab was very helpful and able to see me at short notice to resolve issues with the Taylor Rose portal system. We are unable to see the benefit to the customer in using their online portal system as once the tedious and difficult process of entering all the information onto the portal is complete all further communication is done by phone or email (which worked well) and the portal isn't used to tack the progress of the sale so don't really see any point to it.
