   I couldn’t recommend Beata enough. She was amazing. This was our first Buy to Let purchase and we needed a lot of guidance which Beata provided. Admittedly, I made some mistakes and Beata was always on hand to correct them. We also had very difficult sellers and Beata was able to handle this situation very well and calm volatile situation. With all future purchases I will only be using Beata.

   Unprofessional, lack of contact and incomplete service. we used her for a draft of will, it took her over a year, she would reply every other month saying she was on a holiday, and when we told her we would take her to the court, she got it posted to us in a few days, so we signed it and scanned it to her via email, she said there was some markings on one of the docs, and that we need to replace it for validation , and that she would post it again, and this was 2 months ago, and we have received nothing, so basically, we paid for a will draft the amount she requested over 15 months ago and we got nothing, which means we lost that money, and now we happily welcomed another child into our family, and we would need to have a whole new will instead of revise an existing one that we don’t have. We wouldn't recommend her service to anyone, and if we had time, we would take her to court for not finishing the job. anyway, I just wanted to share our experience, and she can reply and say if there’s a word that I wrote was not true.

   Unprofessional, unrealiable, disorganised time waster! Simple matter of drafting and finalising a will, which assured to take no more than 10 working days, took months. Constant delays, mistakes, lack of contact. If it wasn't for issue reported to legal, would loose all the money. Avoid for all cost and use professionals.

   Beata Szyjka provided absolutely amazing service and managed to tidy up and complete our complicated conveyancing matter which at the beginning seemed impossible to achieve. She dealt with our remortgage which was hindered initially by the bank's solicitors and their requirement for a long lease. So our solicitor, Beata Szyjka managed to negotiate a lease extension in a very short period of time. On top of that, she negotiated other options (e.g. to remortgage without the need for a lease extension which was amazing in the circumstances but we decided to go ahead with the lease extension option. She finalized the remortgage allowing us to release some funds and purchase a new property. She is very professional and possesses really good communication skills. We will be forever grateful for her patience as well. We highly recommend Beata Szyjka !
