Niki Petinou was great throughout my case. I couldn't have wished for a better outcome. It was very helpful to have them available for advice. Response times were always immediate, except for one time Niki was on leave, and even then I only had to wait a short while (That's fair enough, right?) The money I spent was fair. I only ate up their time when it was necessary as I was on a tight budget. I found them to be extremely efficient and topping up my account every so often was manageable in my case (low income / self employed). I wouldn't go anywhere else now
The worst!!! Please people do stay away from them and do believe other people reviews when complaining about them. Worst experience ever. Never in my life have met such greedy people who have empathy for no one. They were asking £20000 for a case that was resolved for no money at all, not to even mention the pressure they put on us. Thank god we were smart enough not to fall on their trap.
