   Very unhelpful. Visited recently to obtain legal advice concerning probate. Spent 15-20 minutes giving full details to an administrator who took copious notes only to receive a phone call a few hours later to be told they’re not taking on new clients. Frustrating.

   Tim Farrington of Streeter Marshall has put in a lot of work in both selling our previous house and buying our new home. He has worked efficiently, carrying out Searches etc. and has always responded to emails very promptly. He is always courteous. A difficult time with Allan being in and out of hospital, so Tim's friendly help has been invaluable to us. Tim also acted for us on a previous occasion, so we were pleased to engage him again for our house transactions.

His pro-active approach was instrumental in overcoming issues that arose during the sale, which I doubt could have been achieved without him. We had complete confidence in him and can't recommend him highly enough.
