The car park is not all that large but it's large enough that I have never had problems finding a space. When I say space I mean a space large enough that I can open the drivers door wide. Wide because I am disabled with longish legs which I use a leg lifter to get my legs out of the car. There is a cafe with I think toilets but not sure. There is also a water skiing available though I don't know the booking conditions. There is a well used path around the water with some additional paths connected to the main path. One off these paths lead to Townhill Wood, which can extend your walk if you wish. Though the paths throughout the woods can be a bit mucky if the weather has been wet. I use a large-ish mobility scooter and have little difficulty transversing the paths around the Loch and Woods no matter the weather though snow can be a problem. The last time that I was at the Loch there were ducks, geece and swans at the edge of the water between the water and the car park looking for attention/food.

Such a good place to go out and touch the grass. Had a great time walking around the loch. It took around 20 minutes to walk around it.

A great wee flat walk. It's just under 2k all around. There are lots of things to see. Many ducks swan and much more. It's got water sports and a lovely wee cafe with lovely staff serving yummy food and cakes hot and cold drinks. Just inside the entrance, there are seats and tables, so you can sit with pooch. It's wheel chair friendly, too. I recommend a walk around this Bonnie wee Loch. Pop in for something nice to eat before you leave. There is outside seating right on the Loch at the back of the cafe.

It'd a nice peaceful place there is sometimes that there is a boat go round but its nice there is a cafe close by they make good toasty and carrot cake and nice hot chocolate. But its good to have a walk around the loop (it's basically just round the entire Loch)

What a beautiful little place for a walk with the family! Not too long or strenuous, so would be ideal for children too. Lovely little cafe on site too for a post walk coffee!

Lovely walk right round the loch, flat and good for buggies/scooters) wheel chairs. Lovely ducks swans and sometimes water sports to watch. There is a cafe and parking onsite which can get busy at times. Friendly community feel to the walk.
