I contacted them over a bank holiday weekend and they replied first thing on the first day back at work and had an appointment made quickly to discuss my issues with them. Good solicitors. Helped me get my little dog back. It still needs to go to court where I will represent myself but they got the ball rolling and got the momentum going. Very patient, very thorough and their letters they write to defendants are amazing. Any solicitors are gonna be expensive but these are worth it.
