Really relaxing massage, great customer service and good value for money. The spa is always very clean and they had availability on the day for an impromptu massage. Have been a couple of times and both times think the salon staff are very professional and welcoming.
First time ever here and with waxing in general. Immediately felt so at ease and welcomed!! Samantha was fab and made me feel super comfortable as well as being lovely to talk to!! Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends :)

Great place for a relaxing facial and always get my nails done here.. Love the online booking system so can book in at short notice. Lovely staff, very attentive and take pride in their work.
Double luxury pedicure I booked for a double luxury pedicure for mum and me. We were made to feel very welcome and the room was lovely. Our therapists were fantastic and we had an amazing evening with them, we were made to feel like queens. It is the best french pedicure I have ever had and mums bright and vibrant toes look beautiful. Thank you for two superb pedicures. Kate & Sue
I had a wonderful Himalayan body scrub massage by Giovanna. First time having something like that and would definitely have again. Lovely member of staff :)
I would prefer to put a 3.5, beautiful environment. Lovely therapist. Had a lava shells massage and a medik8 facial. Both were nice. I do note that there was a lot of background noise from reception/other rooms and I was unable to enjoy the music due to this, I don't relax easily anyway so it's even harder with unwanted noise. For the price point I personally believe that it wasn't anything dazzling or unique that goes above or beyond what you recieve in many of Bristols salons.
I had a facial and full body massage by Danielle- she was by far the best masseuse I have come across and I'm very much looking forward to going back. From a hygiene point of view, the place was very clean and felt very covid safe- you put your belongings in a box when you first arrive and they sanitise your hands (when arriving and leaving). Masks are worn at all times (except when getting a treatment)- Danielle kept her mask on whilst giving the treatments. The room was very pretty and the temperature was adjusted on request. It was overall a very pleasant and relaxing experience and would highly recommend.
Really impressed with the new protocols for keeping us all safe. Just had a lovely manicure and pedicure and felt very safe and looked after. Therapists were very friendly even with face masks and visors on . Would highly recommend and thought that the voucher for a free takeaway coffee is a great idea . Can’t wait to come back soon .
