Absolutely amazing massage! Everything was perfect, and Anja was truly fantastic professional, kind, and very attentive. I felt completely relaxed and looked after. Highly recommended, I will definitely be coming back!

I had booked the Autumn Glow Up and then read reviews afterwards that suggested this company was not all it was cracked up to be, so I was dubious to say the least. I went into Bristol ahead of the appointment Trent to visit the spa and confirm details of my booking as I didn’t want a wasted trip. The spa was closed (this was a Wednesday at 3pm) and looked filthy from the outside and as I looked through the windows looked totally disorganised - and it was fully shut. However, I put my reservations to one side and did not cancel the appointment which was scheduled for the Friday. On Thursday night at around 8:15pm I received a phone call from Pure saying that my therapist had phoned in sick and that the appointment would have to be rescheduled. I wasn’t surprised in the slightest and asked for a refund. Luckily for me the money has been refunded but I have completely lost any faith in this company and will not be returning let alone recommending them.
One of the best massages I’ve had! Super smooth check in/out, friendly and welcoming staff. The massage itself was fantastic (I went for the 80 minute luxury massage) and she applied the perfect amount of pressure to all different parts of the body (and I like a firm massage, so I was happily surprised!). Left relaxed and muscles aren’t tight. Would recommend!
After specifically booking a trip to Bristol to use the spa we were extremely disappointed when our appointment was cancelled just half an hour before. Whilst I understand staff sickness is unavoidable the notice meant we were unable to make any new plans and wasted our day. However, what really came as a shock was the lack of response after. I have tried to phone them, sent multiple emails and there has been no response, I have no idea how we are getting our money back. Reading other reviews it seems like this is a frequent occurrence and is just unacceptable especially considering we are owed nearly £200. I don’t like to review things especially negatively but I am ruining out of ways to contact them. I hope this can be resolved but I need a response.
Booked in for a Deluxe Facial with Natalie and was one of the best treatments I’ve had. I can’t rate her high enough! She made me feel so comfortable able made it really great experience. Amazing person to chat to too! Definitely recommend this spa and Natalie too!!! 10 stars if I could!
Excellent massage for relaxation. The massage therapist would pause the massage to see if I was okay and if the pressure was comfortable. We had a lovely conversation about my needs after the session. And she was always available to answer my questions about the best course of action. It convinced me that I should return for monthly sessions. What was difficult was that the website was difficult to navigate. What I would change is to make the website easier to use. This is because I tried to extend my 40-minute massage to 60-minutes, but the website was so difficult to use that I gave up.
Every Pure Spa I visit I have such a memorable experience. I had a full body massage with Lucy and it was just stupendous. She really tailored the treatment to my needs, she was very professional and talented therapist, very much a credit to the tea. I loved the new Himalayan salt at the start of the treatment was a lovely touch. Overall very relaxing and I would highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back!
I never had worse experience in my life. Just terrible. It is not place to do manicure. She struggled for an hour to remove my gel polish which is ok, I don't complain about that. However she did not shape my nails, didn't cut cuticles, just put nail polish on it on this terrible uneven way. It looked ridiculous. I paid 50 £ for this!! Save your money and time and go somewhere else. This is not good place.
