Food is very good and the best cafe in Killie. I had the Philly cheesesteak and it was utterly delicious with the steak being tender and the sauce was delicious.

Book up the stairs, and they moved us down the stairs, where it was very noisy. Service bad. They missed one started then one main meal. Dirty glasses full all over the bar as 4 staff stood around chatting. Could not get drinks wee asked for as they had 'ran out' It was only 7pm! Not good on a works night out. 12.12.23 Thank you for your reply. I was not aware of the number thing, and I'm sorry we did not contact you. However, as a group, we did not know the guests were not showing! And you did not give us an explanation for the move OR we would have apologied for that. As for your dirty dishes sitting on the bar....we observed your staff standing around, chatting on a number of occasions! It's not a good look. Again, however, it was our staff night out and expect the same service and environment that previously patrons had received. Wishing you good luck in the future.

Food is pretty good here, I went the week it opened and feel the food has improved significantly since then. Service is very friendly, although I've found it a little slow at times the staff are super happy to help if you approach them. With young kids it can be hard to convince them to eat anywhere other than McDonald's, but mine absolutely love Olivia's and get excited to visit. Lovely atmosphere and decor inside, great addition to Kilmarnock. The katsu panini is excellent.

Amazing place with great food! Very accommodating and helpful when certain items weren’t available.

This establishment could be a really great spot. The food is generous and tasty, however, the lack of atmosphere and the rather unfinished feel to the place brings the rating down. The sweet treats are on display with no covering which is a no no in my book. Further, the absolutely horrible ladies toilets is a joke. A pungent stink of urine, no toilet paper, one cubicle closed off and the other the lock didn't work. I informed the waitress of this when I went back to my table but they didn't seem too fussed about it. I always feel that the cleanliness and detail of toilets says a lot about your overall business, as the entire house should be in order so to speak. It scores an additional star for being doggy friendly so that's a bonus. But if they could just get the finer details sorted it could be so much better. What about softening the interior of the space too with plants or flowers and artwork. It's so very bland. Plus the messy cupboard and dumping space at the back of the room where its doggy friendly needs to be worked on! Come on guys don't leave a stone unturned.

First visit here today. Husband had Philly steak sandwich. Couldn't eat it. Overloaded with onions and the sauce turned bread to mush. He also asked for a portion of chips which never arrived. I did check with the waitress who apologised and confirmed they were not ordered and we chose not to reorder. I had Cajun chicken wrap, which was good. We had a couple of Capuccinos aswell. Not too sure about the chocolate they put on top though. I had a cherry Bakewell cake which was a bit hard. Cakes are lying out on display with no cover. Don't think this helps, or hygienic. Husband had a sundae which he enjoyed. Overall it was ok, but won't be back. Can get better for cheaper elsewhere with a better atmosphere.

Really nice coffee. Enjoyed a few meals here. Just need to update your opening hours. Says open to 8pm online. Turned up at 6.15 and very much closed.

First time today. Sadly wont be back. Chicken ,bacon lettuce and tomato. Expected thin slices of chicken, instead was a chicken breast, undercooked tasted as though had been boiled, undercooked bacon wedged with 2 slices of under toasted cheap bread which was soggy due to lettuce and tomato . Tuna sandwich no taste, suspect was spring water, Had to ask for menu, and was not busy. I did like bar luca but if this is the norm then sadly not for me or to recommend. Could have got better for cheaper

I enjoyed my breakfast of eggs eccosse. Very tasty and filling. A tempting display of cakes on the counter that should really be under glass. My waitress was helpful and friendly without being obtrusive. My only criticism is that the coffee was not strong enough for my taste. I would go again.
