Our sale took six months and we were constantly let down and disappointed by the process and other ‘professionals’ representing the other parties. Throughout the sale and subsequent purchase, Stephanie has been very quick to respond to any queries, explain the details of any given stage and generally go the extra mile to keep us updated and reassured. If all solicitors had her empathy, diligence and general work ethic, the house buying process would be hugely less stressful.
