I will start this review with the person I communicated most who was Donnelly Clata Mazarello, who no matter how many questions I gave always was able to get back to me as soon as possible and as clear as possible which in my case helped me a lot Whether it was communicating through emails or phone calls, she was always available and showed clearly was always happy to help even with questions that I’ve did feel silly asking she reassured me there was no silly questions understood where I was always coming from and if she wasn’t too sure on something she would doublecheck to confirm before advising me which was also in rare occasions With Duncan Lewis‘s team and the people they had represent me while going to court made me feel more confident in the situation I was in then I had been prior Would highly recommend this lawfirm to anyone, especially when it is coming to family law
Very poor service provided by Caroline Roche. She charged 11000out of my Dad's Estate without any prior notice and she is not forthcoming with me. She is not a Good and Honest lawyer. She has made my life hell I would never recommend Duncan Lewis. Only Samantha Who use to work for this firm.she was excellent. It is a pity she left

Nice and quick and swift process
Solicitor couldn't make it on the day of my court case hearing and got replaced by another who had only 10 minutes to go through the whole case with me which led me being convicted. I would avoid this firm they were very casual in responding to me and they made me talk to an assistant in the 3 weeks i was corresponding with them and had no contact with the solicitor who was meant to represent me. None of my evidence was put forward to the judge and my new solicitor who had 10 minutes with me had to improvise. I emailed them to tell them that they had let me down and i got a lousy sorry in response.
There girl who dealt with me was lovely n sweet but I needed a lion! Someone to fight for my case... to which they were no help.... I ended up representing myself (thats how awful they were) and won. They had the cheeck after I won my housing case to ask for emails and proof that I won so they could have it.... I guess they wanted to act as if they had helped or sorted things for their personal gain.... oh please! Do better!
