Absolutely the worst experience you can get with a solicitor firm. The company clearly don’t value their staff and it really shows. They are throwing junior staff on all the cases with zero oversight from the seniors so they can maximise profits. It’s the clients and the staff that suffer as a result. Avoid if you don’t want to have a stressful experience.
I was recommended this firm by someone, but later discovered that they are in serious financial trouble, 2 out of 3 partners are dropped out. The ‘UK’ litigation solicitor, was extremely pushy and pressured me into signing a contract when I rectify his identity. I later found out that he actually works full-time in China, despite telling me he was only on a “business trip.” This was unpleasant lie from the very start. Based on my experience, I do not trust this firm and would not recommend them. Be cautious before engaging in their services.
My experience wasn’t as pleasant as I expected. My solicitors took minimal initiative even when they had been paid. Further more, due to the lack of the communication, my case was delayed for more than two months, which caused the substantial inconvenience at my own expense.
If I could give less stars I would. Absolutely terrible from the start. We hired this law firm months ago and paid immediately upfront in full for the services required. A friend recommended the law firm so out of recommendation we went with Zhong lun. The first solicitor Chenchen Zao disappeared in the middle of the case with a no one explaining us the reason, then the second solicitor Calvin chan doesn’t seem to engage in the case and we heard no updates from the case for weeks. I can’t believe this is what Ipaid for a professional law service.This is a scam! It still is yet to be completed and we have received near to no contact other than (I’ll try to get onto it next week) every week since hiring. There phone service is automated and are ignoring calls and emails and the online support chat is worse than useless. Please I repeat please for your own sanity do not go with this law firm. Absolute waste of time and money, no respect, integrity or care for customers at all
I give zero stars. Worst solicitor for selling a house, words from my estate agent. Extremely slow and never answer phone, email. Do not use!
AMAZING experience, very professional. I required a change of custody and I was amazed by how attentive and quickly this solicitors were. We used Zhong Lun Law Firm for a visa renewal in some somewhat unusual circumstances, basically, our previous solicitor was completely hopeless and messed things up. The visa team at Zhonglun were extremely helpful and were very comprehensive in terms of making sure that we had all the details right! As a result, the visa renewal came through very quickly! I can't recommend them enough, far far better than our previous representation!

An Incredible experience using Selina from Zhonglun while buying our property.
