   Have had numerous issues with trying to use the Yodel service in store, from the label machine not working, to the wrong label being applied to the parcel and ends up getting sent to the wrong place.

   Frequented this shop plenty of times in the last 4 years and never an issue in the past when I’ve been asked to provide an ID when buying alcohol especially by newer staffs. I would’ve rated this place higher than one star if it wasn’t for one of the staff that continuously ask me for ID even though they have seen it more than half dozen times in my past visits. I was refused by the checkout assistant recently because I had forgotten my ID at home. I get that there’s a Challenge 25 policy, but c’mon! As if I have a super power to age backward or something. Every future visits I’m going to be older than the last. Fair enough if I was refused sale by a new member of staff who had never seen me before in the store. But it’s the same person I purchased alcohol from in past many times! Know your customer.

   Don't use it much as they let everyone in not wearing a mask. Staff say they can't ask anyone to wear one. Here's me thinking the government made it mandatory over 90% of shops have signs telling you that you have to wear a mask or you won't be served . By the way it's not local people it's the contractors from the nearby building sites who won't wear the masks .

   lack of urgency... id even suggest driving 5 minutes down the road to kirkliston if you are in a rush. frustrating. im even starting to make my own lunch now its become such an inconvenience.
