Staff seem to be rude when serving you and and give you dirty looks, even Infront of the manager, this is unlike any co-op in Livingston, seems to be a rouge shop.
Served quickly. Polite and efficient staff. Good stuff.
9 out of 10 they refuse me service for post office.... update your opening hours then. waste of time
This won’t make a difference but Scotmid get all your staff fully trained! Just struggled a fair bit walking with a big parcel, got to the shop to be told the woman who did the post office is on her break. Asked how long she would be, he didn’t know. Feel sorry if that was an elderly or disabled person. 2 young lads on the tills trying to keep the massive queue down.
If you go at the right time you’ll get a good slection of bakery goods. Always enjoy a bacon sandwich in the morning!
