   Was served by a member of staff called Keira who was so helpful and patient. Even though I wasn't spending a lot she took the time to find the right item at the fragrance counter. Excellent customer service and hope her efforts are recognised.

   Sat 14th. Popped into have my nails done for a Xmas night out, ( Normal Polish, not shellac but you would never know) beautifully and carefully applied following my manicure. delighted with the result and will definately return. £18

   Team Leader with the black hair is straight up NASTY, wasn’t personally rude to me but screams at her staff in front of customers. It’s embarrassing for the staff and for the shoppers. I quietly made a complaint to a staff member but there wasn’t a manager at that time. I left my contact details and I haven’t heard anything since. She screamed at 2 different staff members (I was only in the shop for around 5-10 mins). Staff knew I had made a complaint as ALL of them were staring at me. Most uncomfortable experience. This happened on 20/10 at 17:00-17:30.

   The staff are incredibly rude in this store and have been on a few occasions. But after the way my sister was treated by a member of staff yesterday, I won't be returning.

   I love Superdrug and the selection of products it has but think Superdrug should give a better training for staffs. I’ve been to Superdrug with my daughter and were looking some lipsticks when a staff approached us and said to my daughter that is only 10 she should not open the lipstick, I explained her the lipstick was open as the majority of them and she started argue with me saying it wasn’t then I got one from shelf and showed her and then she was embarrassed.

   Its like boots though with more emphasis on the beauty section than anything else. Easy layout in this store but the general health section is in the far back corner so can be easily missed if you havent been here before. Staff are friendly too and happy to help. Would recommend if your in need of some beauty products at a reasonable price.
