   First time being here. Spent £65.33. For a first time customer thats good business for the Boots company. Usually its quite a caring/calming shop eviroment to shop in most of the time. Although this particular shop, the staff are very arrogant and compulsive. I didn't like that at all. Even in big cities dotted about like Glasgow City Center the staff are nicer, thats says a lot about the staff. God...

   Long delays que outside in all weather's told on phone script is ready and it s not .blame health centre for receiving prescriptions late .none or unreliable non existent delivery

   Expect to wait a while. Your prescription will never be ready on time. Inefficient system. Stressed out staff, quick tempered, will tell you anything to get right of you.

   It's great boots and variety of products to chose from is always great. I do love boots but I would avoid pharmacy at certain times of day as well busy. Staff always polite and shop is clean and wheelchair friendly
