   Pathetic rude service !! Called Sunday 14sept 2025 for a quote from Walton on Thames to Harrow with 3 small kids bikes the first guy was polite said 85£ and said can do best price of £80. With an estate car. I then called again to book . The second man was rude and stupidly sarcastic when I said could it be done for £70 he said we might do it for 60£ I ignored and said 80£ is fine with an estate then denied that and said no it will be a normal sized. I said the money should change he didn’t care and I even then agreed. Then said a driver will call you soon I knew it was a lie and never got the call. Meanwhile I checked on the Uber app they took me home for £73 with estate with a friendly driver and uber doesn’t charge more for bikes and what not. Don’t book with these crooks !! Be warned.

   Pre booked a taxi for an airport run at 8am today. They never showed up and wasn’t answering their phones. Unreliable DO NOT USE. Lucky we were able to get an under after 15mins of waiting.

   I ordered a taxi for a trip from the airport, which was all confirmed by email. The driver never turned up, the driver didn’t answer 4 phone calls, called the company who also didn’t answer phone calls. I emailed and still after 1 day haven’t received an email back and no apology. I Would NOT recommend this company

   When I called Kings Cars they responded to my request promptly, with an ETA estimate (not a long wait at all) and confirmed with me an upfront cost. The driver was polite and friendly and dropped me at my local destination on time. The car was a new Tesla which was very futuristic and comfortable!
