   Staff exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable and good to your pets. Took my dog with me who is one year old extremely hyper and they made such a fuss of her giving her cuddles and treats.. would definitely recommend

   Please think twice about using the Groom Room, Cumbernauld at Pets at Home. Despite reading negative reviews I decided to give them benefit of doubt and use them. Our Cocker Spaniel was left with numerous razor marks and he was nicked in a few places (photos attached) On collecting Brodie the staff did not mention he had been nicked. I would not recommend taking your dog here and look for more responsible groomers in the local area. The only redeeming factor when I discussed with the manager who agreed the groom was not up to standard and the nicking should have been made known to myself when collecting. He also mentioned it was in a position of eye level (chest) so there was no excuse for not highlighting. The store manager refunded the full amount of the groom.

   - this is about the groom room - Completely shaved my 11month old Cockapoo then shaved half his face before frantically calling telling us they couldn’t finish and to come collect him. NEVER bring your dog here, staff are beyond inexperienced

   Warm welcome from staff. They were always helpful. Rooms are in need of a little TLC. Sea view from the balcony is incredible. Best I've seen. Food at breakfast was just okay. Staff work very hard to accommodate everyone. Had to chase up staff to refill cereal etc. Pool areas are spotless and very inviting. Overall would recommend. Children and dogs welcome.

   Recently used the Vets here and it was fantastic. The vet was lovely and friendly. Explained everything very well. Thank you. Very impressed by the staff here. Had interactions with 4 different members of staff and each one was brilliant. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Easily the best experience I’ve ever had at a Pets at Home store. Brilliant!!!!!

   Went here to get some hamsters for the wee ones. Spoke to the lady who was very helpful and steered us in the direction of guinea pigs as being a bit more in line with our kids ages. Thought everything was reasonably priced, the staff were knowledgeable and we have three very happy children who like their new pets.
