   Abysmal, dishonest and deceitful. The resident "dog groomer" Emma took a deposit up-front which was understandable but with very late notice she unexpectedly asked if the appointment could be moved forward later in the afternoon. After agreeing and arriving at the specified changed appointment time, she contacted me 10mins afterwards to advise she wouldn't be grooming my dog as it "went for her". This groomer has no social skills whatsoever. No previous groomer has ever had any issues. I wouldnt trust her alone with my dog after this experience as my dog seemed very nervous on my return to collect her. To compound this disappointing experience, she refused to acknowledge requests for the deposit to be reimbursed as she didnt even attempt to groom my dog. I will never use this outfit again. Avoid at all cost.

   Don’t order on line from this supplier. You will not receive your goods or a refund . I have been phoning them for two months . All January apparently my goods were out of stock till the end of the month . In February I was told someone would ring me back repeatedly but they did not . Finally I was given a number of the boss who told me he was not responsible for honouring any orders from before he took over the company at the beginning of February ! When I did not accept this he was most rude and unpleasant.

   Absolutely the WORST company I've ever attempted to buy from. Avoid buying from this company online unless you want to pay for things that never turn up then struggle to get your money back. I had to make repeated calls and emails chasing up the order (all emails ignored) to finally be told the item was no longer available (even though it still shows it is) When I asked for a refund I was told they never took the PayPal payment. I told them they had as the money had left my account and was again told they hadn't taken payment but would look into it and get back to me. They didn't. I eventually had to get PayPal involved and wait another 15 days to get my money back. Like things aren't tight enough without businesses holding on to nearly £50 of your money! AWFUL AWFUL COMPANY

   We got an XL Bully pup recently & wanted to keep her on the raw 80:10:10 diet her breeder had her on. Before I'd come across Wagtails we bought from another company called Natural Benyfits & as I didn't know anything about a raw diet or prices etc I just paid for it not realising that I was being overcharged. We paid £57 for 16x 500g lamb 80:10:10 and another £10 delivery and waited 6-7 days for it. I've only recently come across Wagtails and let me tell you, the difference in price was unreal, I paid only £36 incl delivery for 20x 454g and it was delivered in less than 24 hours, I was blown away. I haven't given it to the girls yet as it was only delivered tonight but I'm so pleased with the service, delivery etc that I wanted to leave a review right away. The quality of the meat also looks so much better, my pup has been struggling with the 80:10:10 paté so I think she'll enjoy this so much more. We're sticking with this company and would definitely recommend them 10/10
