Would highly recommend Margaret was fabulous, nothing was a bother and she was lovely and friendly and helped me find a jacket to fit my boy. We had fun trying on different styles and even got a great dry robe for our swimming days & is ordering in a rain coat I loved. 10 out 10 thank you for your time and service.
I cannot rate our experience here highly enough! Had ordered 2 ‘large’ jackets from amazon for my dog to try in a rush for a weekend away (that is sure to be muddy) and both arrived far too small for my German Shepherd. I phoned Designs on Dogs frantically and was advised to bring my dog down there and then and they would kit him out. I can now vow that I will never buy dog clothes from amazon ever again! We had a 10/10 experience- they made my dog feel at ease- even feeding him a puppacino while he tried on some jackets. I think the closest to a spa experience he’s ever had haha! And I was so impressed at the variety of jackets- and most overlooked with big dogs- the variety of sizes. They had multiple different sizes for larger dogs in store. We came away with this lovely waterproof jacket, with great coverage, and I was expecting it to be much more expensive! Thank you Rhona and Margaret, I’m so pleased!

We were looking for a thin rain jacket for our dog and happened to find the lovely ladies at a market. They were so helpful and Jura loved all the fuss. They had a huge selection and knew the perfect jacket and size for our cocker spaniel. Great service but even better was they love dogs and know what they are talking about
I was at the ‘Girls day out’ in Glasgow with my daughter and we came across your stall, where we saw your Premium dog drying coat, we swithered whither to get one for our yorkie and I’m glad we did. The unfortunate thing was that we got the wrong size. I emailed the company and asked if there was any way of exchanging it for the larger size, I got a very swift reply asking what size we had bought and for our home address, I then got an email telling me the correct size. Within a few day we received another coat which was a perfect fit. I have not yet received an email giving return details! This company went above and beyond to accommodate us. We will definitely be buying Soapys winter coat from you. thank you

I bought my boys the bathrobes and I’m very impressed by the quality and the thickness of the material.. they were dry within 10 minutes.. So impressed that I’ve bought the drying bags for the Motorhome , although the bathrobes were great in the Motorhome I feel the full drying bags would be more beneficial in the winter . I’m quite sure the quality will be the the same .. ❤️
