Staff friendly and helpful. Gave my 11 month old Lab a good wash. Just turn up and get a space, no need to take anything all included. £16 for 30min plenty of time. No more hassle in the house with towels to wash and dry. Very happy.
Can't recommend wizard of paws enough! Vinny completed his puppy training here and goes back to get groomed and loves every minute of it. They're always so friendly and happy to help with any queries we have, and always go above and beyond.
I have used wizard of paws twice now 1st time groom was fantastic done a great job on reo for his 1st puppy groom with them groomer said he was great sat really well etc 2 nd groom was booked on the 27th July we had to change this as he got booked in for his cherry eye operation on the 22nd July next app was 12th August my son and sister took him again groomer commenting he was really good again sat really well let her do her stuff asking if he was trained as he was so good they sent me pics have to say I was shocked it looked as though he was hacked at with scissors you could see all the scissor marks on his fur reserved judgement till I saw him in person and he was even worse I did contact them to be told they would look to get him back in with there top groomer to try sort out his bad groom have to say I'm really disappointed to say I'm still waiting on that appointment if that's how they treat puppies that sit and behave for there groom I would not like to see him if he didn't behave for them poor service
Great doggy self serve wash experience. In 30 mins our pooch was back to gleaming white. I took our own shampoo but shampoo, conditioner, doggy blow-dryer, towel, grooming brush /comb all provided and clean. Very friendly and welcoming staff who pointed out we could use a spray of doggy cologne on our fresh pooch too. We also purchased some treats from the shop during our visit. Previously attended puppy training classes here during lock down and was a lovely experience despite the masks etc at the time.
We have been using Wizard of paws since it opened. Our dogs get professionally every 6 weeks at wizard of paws. My dogs love going here and always come out beautiful.

Great facility for washing the dog. Used previously with our old dog, shame that it seems to have been stripped back a bit from then. The brush had hardly any bristles left. No additional smellies and other bits that used to be in the room to use. Would still use again just a shame these things have been reduced.
Just completed life skills 1 and 2 with my golden retriever Kali and I would recommend wizard of paws to anyone! Fiona is amazing at what she does and adapts to suit every single dog. It’s such a relaxed and positive environment. Couldn’t have hoped for better puppy classes. Hoping for a life skills 3 in the near future.
