   The service here has become completely unreliable. After being a loyal client for 5 years and having over 10 piercings done, I’m shocked at how badly I was treated. My appointment was cancelled, I spent over a month chasing to reschedule with almost no communication, and when we finally set a date, she just didn’t bother to show up. I even brought a friend who had never been before, and this was their first impression — completely unprofessional and embarrassing. Getting my deposit back took far too long and only happened after constant chasing. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend booking here anymore. The lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for clients is unacceptable.

   Daisy was lovely, my son was slightly apprehensive about his piercing not being with the gun but daisy put him right at ease, procedure was quick and professional being mindful of hygiene. Prices are really competitive has had no issues in healing and no forced selling of products for aftercare just simple sea salt n boiled water, premises are immaculate. Gonna get my next tattoo there as their work is impressive.
