Rocco has been going to Newton Mearns Groom Room for years, service has always been 10/10. My cockapoo is a very anxious dog and the team always look after him! Very professional and feel totally relaxed when Rocco is in the Groom room.
Fab place my wee dog used to have to get sedation in past at vets for groom now she goes to Tommy and he's great with her no sedation needed staff friendly too

The team were amazing with a dog that we are currently fostering. She was heavily matted when she arrived and we knew she needed to be shaved. The girls were went above and beyond to help us and help make the dog more comfortable.
Wasn't great. Nails hadn't been done although I was told they were. Now looking for another groomer to do nails. Won't return.
Cut was poor and for over £40 you wouldn’t know anything had been cut off. Wouldn’t recommend this groom room.

My dogs first ever time being clipped . Sarah at the Groom room was kind , caring and professional. She did an excellent job . We will definitely be back . Thanks again . Penny and her mum .
