   Been using this practice for years and have always had good service, though our dog's (and previously cats) have generally been quite healthy so we haven't had much experience of anything very complicated. However our luck ran out recently and one dog developed a serious issue which was dealt with sympathetically and very professionally by both vets involved. Thanks to them he appears to be making a full recovery, for which we are very grateful.

   Fantastic. Everyone at Avondale Vets has been great. Communication is good when you need to get in touch. They’ve been very understanding when I’ve had to cancel or move an appointment because my cat is very nervous and unwilling to get in his carrier. The online booking is so easy and simple to use. They are all professional and friendly in the practice, always take care with the pets. Great health plan too. Recommend!

   My family have used Avondale for 15 years and have never had a bad experience. Including when we had to say goodbye to our 12 year old boy Buttons a couple of years ago, the staff made the difficult situation easier and gave a lot of support. Having recently gone by with my 9 year old dog I was really happy to see the extent of the steps taken to ensure social distancing but was even happier to be recieved by the staff in the usual welcoming manner. The vet we saw was new to us (which normally I am apprehensive about) and she was fantastic at putting my girl at ease and the appointment went well and no scary unexpected charges.
