   If I could give less than 1 star I would. Extremely disappointed with the service I received today. Receptionist was unbelievably rude, kept interrupting me and talking over me. Will not be back and certainly won’t be recommending this branch to anyone. A course in customer service wouldn’t go a miss!

   Reception staff were fantastic. The vet i spoke to was a bit short on the conversation front. Didn't want to hear what I had to say really, felt my opinion didnt really matter when "important" I pointed out some VERY obvious issues from a previous vet visit elsewhere at a different practice. It seemed he took it as a personal attack on him (he doesn't even work there) but he was great in regards to current treatment and I asked for extra pain relief for my dog. I got it.

   Immediate appointment given as pet needed analgesia. Vet (Becca) was very calm and patient and listened carefully to what we were telling her. Reassuring appointment, follow up soon. Reasonably priced too.

   Sadly this practice has declined in professionalism and customer care since I have joined. From observation and discussions with other customers in the waiting room, this practice is only interested in making as much money/profit out of you as possible. I understand its a business and profit is important but we are all living in a cost of living crisis and trying to get you to purchase unnecessary items/treatments etc is not good customer service. This should be considered when they are setting their profit targets and bonuses.

   I have been here on multiple occasions with my girls. Particularly the one below. She has been spayed here, chipped and fixed up when she's been feeling sore or sick. The vet care is undeniable. Such care and attention, happy to take as much information and give back as much as they can to get the full picture for each pet. Always super helpful receptionist staff (who even check in after a visit!) Very reasonable prices. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you for helping my girls. X
