I always send people to Olympia, because they know what they're talking about and they don't sell the rubbish stuff available elsewhere! My bunny always has a good time when she stays in the boarding here, I wouldn't trust anyone else to look after her!! You need to visit.”

“Amazing selection of raw food from different suppliers and a great range of prices. There's something for everybody ☺️ the composition is all clearly written on the packs so you know exactly what you're getting ♥️ raw feeder for nearly 10 years now and changed my supplier to these guys because of the vast amount of choice available! All at a very decent price too ☺️”

“Amazing pet shop! Every helpful staff! Every knowledgeable about what's good for your dog. Since getting food from them a year ago I haven't shopped anywhere else. Amazing prices too! My dog was really unwell and I went into this shop and got there salmon and potato food and she is so much better and I can't thank them enough!”

“Buddy needed his claws trimmed. He also has chronic tummy problems and had not been using his litter tray or eating. The girls managed, unlike previous vets, to subdue him long enough for the nail cutting and examined him and found he had no problems. Next day, of course, he was eating heartily and the results produced. lol. The staff are friendly, patient and kind. Not the trauma we feared for our rescue boy.”

“We spent two nights here as we were attending a wedding in the area. The room was a great size with lots of space for getting ready and relaxing. The bathroom was lovely and spotless! Breakfast was delicious and all staff were friendly and helpful. One issue we had was no remote for the television. We asked about this at reception and were given one that didn't work. This was annoying as we were too tired to go down and ask for a second time so just done without television for our stay.”

A home from home easy check in good communication and the apartment was lovely well decorated clean and had everything we needed.. this place is next to a train station so ideal if you don't want to drive and it doesn't disturb you at all has good car parking and a good little convenience shop nearby would Def stay here again”

“Angie is absolutely amazing with my Rosie, who at first was a little nervous but now loves her walks with Angie and the gang I honestly can't recommend Angie enough. She also helped put my mind at ease with Rosie being so nervous at first and sends me videos and updates, which I love xx”

“Stayed for two nights a couple of weeks ago. The hotel is amazing our suite was huge and so well laid out with a very large and comfortable bed. The Trocadero restaurant is great food and service exemplary. More importantly they have live jazz and it makes for a great evening to music and wonderful food. No hesitation in recommending the Cross Basket”
