   Nicola looked after our wee rescue dog from when we first got her and even when we had to go somewhere else (cos she was fully booked) we made sure we were able to get back. We wouldn't take our dogs anywhere else

   Wouldn't even go as far as to give this woman a star. Im sorry but service and cheek is appauling. Messed me about twice now about appointments and tried to say I didn't book her in this month when I did as i couldn't get the last time we needed either even although I have communicated Cleary with her. Dome a not too bad job with her hair the first time although there were bit and hair we weren't too happy about. Shes messed up my day and I gave her the benefit of the doubt after been advised by someone else to not go to her. Not letting people walk all over me anymore. I'll say it how it is and that's it. £40 for a haircut here wouldn't even say is all yhatbworth it either. The bobbles she puts in their hair are like rubber bands and rips their hair out. Woudlnt mind giving her that and more if she done right by us but no. Shame, lost what would of been a good customer.

   The girls are Canine Crackers are amazing with my dog Meeka! He's a bit of a drama queen and they deal with him so well! He always looks (and smells) so good when hes visited! Definitely recommend! X

   We have a Tibetan Terrier who had never been groomed and were fearful that he would be shaved due to mats on his coat. The staff were amazing and assured me they would try to avoid if possible which they did. He looked & smelt amazing when we picked him up. The whole place, from initial phone call to picking him back up, was faultless. Superb!!!!

   Took buster for his groom at canine crackers today. Lovely caring friendly staff. As a rescue anxious wee boy wasn't sure how he would be but all went well. He's groomed beautifully and smells lovely too. Definitely recommend.
