“This is the best pet shop and that's why I would never go anywhere else for my bunny's supplies and advice about all things pet related. The animals are all very well cared for and healthy. I always send people to Olympia, because they know what they're talking about and they don't sell the rubbish stuff available elsewhere! My bunny always has a good time when she stays in the boarding here, I wouldn't trust anyone else to look after her!! You need to visit.”

There's something for everybody ☺️ the composition is all clearly written on the packs so you know exactly what you're getting ♥️ raw feeder for nearly 10 years now and changed my supplier to these guys because of the vast amount of choice available! “Amazing pet shop! Every helpful staff! Every knowledgeable about what's good for your dog. Since getting food from them a year ago I haven't shopped anywhere else. Amazing prices too! My dog was really unwell and I went into this shop and got there salmon and potato food and she is so much better and I can't thank them enough!”

A home from home easy check in good communication and the apartment was lovely well decorated clean and had everything we needed.. this place is next to a train station so ideal if you don't want to drive and it doesn't disturb you at all has good car parking and a good little convenience shop nearby would Def stay here again”

“This is a great store , very clean. I had to use the toilets and this is something I rarely do outside m however they were spotless. I also managed to grab an item that's been out of stock in other Sainsbury's so extra bonus points . I also used the foreign Money Exchange and it was quick and simple, yo get better rates if you have a Nectar card”

“Went to ask advice at pharmacy as had allergic reaction on face and scalp. .Pharmacist Carolyn , was amazing, prescribed cream , tablets and going back for shampoo as out of stock. Wonderful service especially as then didn't need to go to doctor. Thank you, skin was better within minutes. ❤️”

And there is another lady who used to work on the Healthcare section who has now moved into cosmetics who any store would be so lucky to have. I didn’t catch her name, but has tattoos & undercut. “Just visited the store today ordered a large Pizza and one of your collegues Dawn from behid the counter actually came looking for me down one of the aisles apologising as they had ran out of large pizza bases, she was very pleasant and professional along with Katie on the checkouts who was also very cheerful and always engages with every customer she serves. I work in retail myself and have been shopping in your store for several years as the staff are always very helpful.”

“Visited this Tesco superstore and had a generally pleasant experience—except for one slightly unsettling detail. There was this granny who seemed to be following me around the store like some kind of produce-obsessed shadow. Every aisle I turned into, there she was—staring at the same apples I needed, inspecting the same carrots, and somehow bumping into me at every turn. It felt like I was in an unspoken race for the last bag of potatoes, and she was clearly winning. I tried to speed up, but she was always a step ahead, as if she had some sort of mystical connection to the store layout. Maybe she was just really into her shopping, or maybe she was secretly hunting me down for my top-quality tomatoes—who knows? Apart from my granny stalker, the rest of the store was a dream. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, offering assistance without me even having to ask. The aisles were well-stocked, the shelves neatly arranged, and the checkout process was quick and smooth. Despite the odd encounter, I left with everything I needed—and a few extra glances to make sure the granny wasn’t secretly following me to the parking lot. Would I return? Absolutely. The service was great, and I got everything on my list. But I’ll be keeping an eye on that mysterious granny next time—just in case she’s planning to shadow me again in the dairy section.”

We were very impressed with the Danny,the Pharmacist who provided this service.He was very informative about what vaccines would meet our needs. This was then carried out in a professional,efficient manner . This pharmacy is very bright and clean and other members of staff we spoke to were helpful and friendly”
